Your Functions:
As a Human Resources Generalist, you will be responsible for the recruitment process (staff positions and involvement in direct productive positions), following all the necessary steps towards identifying, selecting, hiring and guiding new employees. You will also be responsible for employee relations, by answering general questions and inquiries for a variety of Human Resources related topics. You will have to maintain internal databases, as well as specific reports in accordance with the requirements of Human Resource management and staff. You will be involved in the implementation and rollout of different on site HR processes, as well as for other HR projects.
Your Competence:
In order to be successful in this position, you need to have up-to 3 years of experience in a similar position in a production environment. You need to meet excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and to be able to communicate clearly and precisely. You also need to have excellent administration skills and the ability of multi-tasking and prioritizing your work, according to the business needs.
